A Carleton University graduate with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Law, Cassandra brings strong operational leadership and a commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed care. As a Certified Crisis Prevention and Intervention Instructor, she specializes in crisis prevention and verbal de-escalation. Cassandra is passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments where every resident is treated with dignity and supported in reaching their potential.
